365pkt Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules and User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 365pkt platform in any way — whether through the website, a mobile browser, or any other interface provided by 365pkt — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 365pkt platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered by 365pkt, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino, card games, Ludo, virtual sports, and the Refer a Friend programme. Additional specific terms may apply to individual promotions or products and, where they exist, they should be read alongside these general terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 365pkt, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 365pkt strictly prohibits use by minors. Age verification may be requested at any point.
• You must be using the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or using a third party's payment method without their explicit written consent.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended 365pkt account.
• You must not be classified as a professional or commercially motivated bettor using tools or services designed to generate systematic profit at 365pkt's expense.

365pkt reserves the right to request identity documents and proof of age at any time. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed may be suspended pending verification. Where a player is found to be ineligible — particularly where age fraud has occurred — all deposits, bonuses, and winnings on the account are subject to forfeiture.

3. Account Registration

When registering on 365pkt, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. The details you provide at registration — including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method — must be truthful and genuinely yours.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 365pkt. Creating additional accounts — whether in your own name, under a different name, or using a different phone number — for any reason, including the collection of multiple welcome bonuses, is strictly prohibited. 365pkt uses device, payment, and behavioural data to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are confirmed, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances (excluding original deposits, at 365pkt's discretion) may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 365pkt login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 365pkt support immediately at support@365pkt.bet. 365pkt accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

All 365pkt accounts are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no option to hold an account in another currency. All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records are displayed in PKR.

4. Deposits & Payments

365pkt accepts deposits via the following payment methods: EasyPaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All accepted methods are available for both deposits and withdrawals unless otherwise stated in specific payment method terms.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 per transaction.
• Processing time: EasyPaisa and JazzCash deposits are typically credited within seconds to a few minutes. IBFT and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes in exceptional cases.
• Currency: All deposits are processed in PKR. No foreign currency deposits are accepted.
• Third-party payments: You must only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Payments from third-party accounts will be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

365pkt applies anti-money laundering (AML) checks to all accounts. You may be asked to verify the source of your funds before deposits above certain thresholds are accepted. This is a legal requirement, not a discretionary action by 365pkt.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 365pkt account are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 200.
• Processing time: Mobile wallet withdrawals (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are processed within minutes in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• Verification: 365pkt may request identity and payment verification before processing a withdrawal. This is particularly likely for first-time withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts, or accounts flagged during AML review.
• Return to source: Withdrawals are directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Where this is not possible, 365pkt will work with you to identify a verified alternative.
• Bonus balance: Any active bonus balance must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal of those funds is permitted. Your real-money balance is always withdrawable subject to verification requirements.

365pkt does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing timelines are targets rather than guarantees and may be affected by payment provider processing times or verification requirements. 365pkt is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 365pkt are subject to the following general rules. Product-specific rules (cricket betting, live casino, virtual sports etc.) are available within each product section of the platform and are incorporated into these terms by reference.

A bet is only confirmed once you have received a bet confirmation from 365pkt and the relevant amount has been deducted from your account balance. Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error on the 365pkt platform are void and stakes are returned. 365pkt reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors before settling bets.

Bets are settled according to the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (ICC, PCB, PSL, etc.). In the event of a result dispute, 365pkt will delay settlement until the official result is confirmed. Where a match is abandoned without a result, bets are voided and stakes returned, unless specific market rules state otherwise.

In-play markets on 365pkt close and reopen continuously during a live event. 365pkt does not guarantee uninterrupted in-play market availability. Bets accepted prior to a market suspension are valid; bets where acceptance was uncertain are returned at 365pkt's discretion. Live odds fluctuate rapidly — you are responsible for confirming the odds at the moment of placing your bet.

Maximum single-bet payouts apply and vary by sport, market, and event. Where a bet would return more than the applicable payout limit, the stake is adjusted to the maximum limit. Current payout limits are displayed within the relevant betting market on the 365pkt platform.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

365pkt offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events like the PSL or ICC tournaments. The following general rules apply to all 365pkt bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified account holders who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion.
• A wagering requirement (playthrough) applies to all bonus funds unless explicitly stated as "no wagering." The standard requirement on 365pkt is 1× the bonus amount, meaning the bonus must be wagered once across any eligible product before withdrawal.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Bonus funds not used within the validity window are forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless 365pkt states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• Attempts to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including using multiple accounts, using third-party funds to meet requirements, or placing low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

8. Refer a Friend Programme

The 365pkt Refer a Friend programme allows existing players to earn PKR rewards by introducing new players to the platform. The following rules apply specifically to this programme:

• A referring player must have an active, verified 365pkt account in good standing to participate.
• A referred player must register using the referrer's unique link and must be a genuinely new user — not a previously registered or suspended account holder.
• The referral bonus is paid when the referred player makes their first qualifying deposit of Rs 200 or more.
• Self-referral — creating a second account to claim a referral bonus on your own sign-up — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of both accounts.
• The referral programme cannot be used for commercial affiliate purposes unless a separate written agreement has been reached with 365pkt.
• 365pkt reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time. Pending referral rewards at the time of any discontinuation will be honoured.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 365pkt. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Match-fixing or corruption: Placing bets on matches or outcomes that you have any role in influencing, or that you know to be pre-arranged.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software designed to place bets faster than humanly possible or to exploit pricing errors systematically.
• Arbitrage and systematic exploitation: Using 365pkt markets exclusively for guaranteed-profit arbitrage with no recreational betting activity.
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using someone else's identity or payment method, or making fraudulent chargebacks.
• Hacking or interference: Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with the 365pkt platform, its servers, or its databases in any unauthorised manner.
• Money laundering: Using 365pkt to process or conceal funds obtained through illegal activity. All accounts are subject to AML monitoring and reporting obligations.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

365pkt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without advance notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions in any material way.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal purposes.
• Duplicate accounts have been identified for the same individual.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Verification documents requested by 365pkt have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, all funds in the account balance will be held and not accessible. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and full access to the balance restored. Where a breach is confirmed, 365pkt will determine what portion of the balance, if any, is to be returned to the account holder.

You may close your 365pkt account at any time by contacting support at support@365pkt.bet. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification. Bonus balances not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

11. Responsible Gaming

365pkt is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take seriously our responsibility to provide tools and information that help players stay in control of their activity on 365pkt.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 365pkt account holders and can be accessed via your account settings:

13. Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants you any right to use 365pkt's intellectual property for any commercial purpose or outside of your personal, non-commercial use of the platform.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, transmit, reproduce, or create derivative works from any 365pkt content without explicit prior written permission from 365pkt. Scraping odds data, game outcomes, or any other structured data from the 365pkt platform by automated means is prohibited.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 365pkt's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in your account at the time of the relevant incident.

365pkt is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from your decisions to place bets on 365pkt — all betting decisions are made entirely at your own risk.
• Technical interruptions, downtime, or delays in bet placement or settlement caused by circumstances outside 365pkt's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the use of your account credentials by an unauthorised person where you failed to maintain the security of your login details.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind.

15. Amendments to These Terms
